Wow, Nice work. I could totally recognize Stevie Ray Vahn when I saw his picture. Capturing a recognizable image is very hard. You did it great.
Facing are one thing I have a hard time with. I think I try too hard.. Thanks for posting. I can't comment more now, but I will later.!!!

Nice work, Pratt! Really all that I can offer is the sig I drew for Raven (and subtantially modified for Asher). That is the extent of my artwork.

Pratt, You really have a raw talent. You should not disgard this. Not many people have raw talent. Even fewer have the persistence to strive for a career that uses those talents. Raw talent is needed if you want to be great with the art tools that are out there: Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, 3D Studio Max, Maya, etc...
Most places that look for computer artists are first looking for people with a raw talent and a strong background in traditional artwork. They don't care how well you can use the programs, they can teach you that later. They're most concerned with your REFINED raw talent. Take heart with that little bit of wisdom my friend. That equals about 2 years of banging my head against the wall of software learning curves.
Learn perspective, lighting, color composition, story boarding, scripting, picture balance.. These are the foundations you will need to make a career out of your talent.
WHICH YOU HAVE PLENTY OF!! YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!

I can't comment more now, but I will later.!!! lol ya, i had alot of practice drawing stevie (i've drawn him i believe 3 times before that, once a year ;D) lol i'm a huge Stevie Ray Vaughan fan, its a real shame that he was killed in that helicoptor crash...he was really something... Dont worry, i dont intend to quit anytime soon, i've come too far to quit now and everyone who's ever seen my work say i'm goin places. My uncle is probably my biggest supporter, he remembers growing up with my dad and watching my dad draw and do stuff (my dad was talented too, though my uncle says he was no where near what i am) and he has urged me constantly not to give up and to keep it goin. lol not to mention, he wants me to paint a mural for his music room (he's a former musician) lol and i cant wait to do it, i'll probably have to wait till summer to do it though lol maybe by then i'll have picked up a digitel camera and i can show u guys what it looks like when im done ;D
